Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Srijishriingaar Numerology Consultancy, customer satisfaction is important. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully:

1. Digital Services:

   • Consultations, reports, and online numerology readings are digital services.

   • Once a consultation or report is delivered, it cannot be refunded due to the personalized nature of the service.

2. Payment Processing:

   • Payments are processed via Razorpay. Any failed transactions must be reported immediately.

3. Cancellation:

   • Users may cancel a scheduled live consultation up to 24 hours in advance for a reschedule.

   • No-shows or cancellations after 24 hours are non-refundable.

4. Refund Exceptions:

   • Refunds may be issued in case of technical issues or double payments. Each request will be verified and resolved.
